Visite guidée d'1h15 en anglais de l'ancienne usine d'ocre Mathieu de Roussillon.
Découvrez les installations de lavage pour séparer le sable du pigment jaune, les bassins de décantation, les secrets de fabrication des couleurs avec la calcination puis le processus de broyage et l'ensachage.
La visite se termine par une petite explication sur les usages de l'ocre en peinture.

A guided tour in English of the former Mathieu de Roussillon ochre factory (duration 1.15 min).
Discover the washing areas used to separate the sand from the yellow pigment, the settling basins, and the secrets of colour production, with calcination followed by the grinding and bagging process.
The tour ends with a brief explanation of the uses of ochre in painting.
